Jean-Louis Roubira
A French board game designer. His main profession is child psychiatry, and he also works as a writer and composer. His best-known game, Dixit (2008), built on associations with dreamlike illustrations and the fine art of the hint, won the Spiel des Jahres in 2010. It has sold over 1.5 million copies and led to the founding of the publisher Libellud. His designs, which handle feelings that resist words, are often linked to his background in psychiatry.
